Relax and recharge with red light therapy, a non-invasive wellness service that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support cellular function, recovery, and overall well-being.

WHAT IS RED LIGHT THERAPY?

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light that penetrate the skin and are absorbed by cells. It is a non-invasive therapy used in a variety of wellness and recovery settings.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

During a session, you simply relax in front of specialized red and near-infrared light panels. The light interacts with cells and may influence cellular processes involved in energy production and recovery. No needles or medications are involved.

WHY DO PEOPLE USE RED LIGHT THERAPY?

People commonly incorporate red light therapy into their wellness routines to support:

Skin health and appearance
Muscle and exercise recovery
Joint comfort
Relaxation and overall wellness

WHAT DOES A SESSION FEEL LIKE?

Sessions are comfortable and non-invasive. You may feel gentle warmth from the lights while you relax, but red light therapy does not use UV light and is not a tanning treatment.

IS RED LIGHT THERAPY RIGHT FOR ME?

Red light therapy can be incorporated into a personalized wellness routine based on your individual goals. If you have a medical condition, take medications that increase sensitivity to light, or have concerns about whether red light therapy is appropriate for you, check with your healthcare provider before your session.
