Spring Reset: Supporting Your Body’s Natural Detox & Renewal

There’s something about spring that feels like a fresh start. We open the windows. We clear out closets. We organize the garage. But what about our bodies??

After the long winter months, many of us feel:

  • Sluggish

  • Inflamed

  • Bloated

  • Foggy

  • Tired but wired

  • “Off,” but we can’t quite explain why


I see this every year in our clinic. And here’s what I gently remind my clients:

Your body already knows how to detox. It was beautifully designed to do that. Sometimes it just needs support.


What I Mean by “Natural Detox”


When I talk about detox at Natural Health & Wellness, I’m not talking about harsh cleanses or extreme restriction.


I’m talking about:

  • Supporting liver function

  • Encouraging healthy lymphatic flow

  • Reducing inflammation

  • Improving cellular energy

  • Helping the body rebalance naturally


We focus on the root causes — not quick fixes.


And we use both natural therapies and technology-based tools to understand what your body specifically needs.


Why Spring Is the Perfect Time


During winter:

  • We move less

  • We’re indoors more

  • We get less sunlight

  • We often eat heavier foods

  • Stress accumulates


Over time, this can leave the body feeling stagnant.

Spring is the ideal season to:

  • Increase cellular energy (ATP)

  • Encourage natural elimination pathways

  • Recalibrate your nervous system

Unlike traditional saunas, infrared technology gently heats the body directly.

It’s one of my favorite tools for whole-body renewal.

They’re especially helpful for women who feel “stuck” physically or metabolically.


Don’t Forget the Nervous System

Why I Start with Biofeedback Scanning
