If joint pain is slowing you down, you're definitely not alone.
Whether it’s stiff knees in the morning, sore hips after walking, or hands that just won’t loosen up—joint pain is one of the most common complaints I hear in my wellness scans.
And it makes sense. Our joints take a beating from stress, inflammation, injury, and even
he foods we eat. Add in aging or autoimmune challenges, and it’s no wonder so many of us feel stiff, sore, and frustrated.
But here’s the good news: your body is designed to heal, and there are some simple, natural ways to give it the support it needs.
🌿 3 Natural Ways to Relieve Joint Pain
1. Lower inflammation with what you eat
Inflammation is one of the biggest contributors to joint pain. Start by cutting back on processed foods, refined sugar, and seed oils. Instead, load up on anti-inflammatory foods like wild salmon, leafy greens, turmeric, berries, and healthy fats (think olive oil and avocado).
Quick tip: Adding turmeric with black pepper to your meals or as a supplement can help reduce joint swelling and stiffness naturally.
2. Try a natural topical remedy
Sometimes you need relief right now. My go-to favorites for topical support include essential oils like wintergreen, frankincense, and copaiba, as well as magnesium spray. Apply to sore joints daily—especially after movement.
3. Support your body with minerals
Your joints and connective tissues thrive when your body is nourished. If you’re low on key minerals like calcium, magnesium, and silica, your body can’t repair tissue properly. I often recommend colloidal minerals to my clients to gently replenish those nutrients—without upsetting your gut.
